The Sustainable Food Center will be a new facility for the non-profit group that promotes affordable nutrition in the East Austin Community in which it will reside. The 6400 s.f. design will provide administration, classroom and demonstration spaces as well as provide support for the group's gardens.

Feasibility studies and preliminary designs are in progress for a stylish new boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Austin's Congress Avenue. The existing historical building envelope and facade will be preserved, while the addition of a pool deck and hotel tower will enliven the building and capture the great potential of its size and location.

The Castle Garden Homes in the Clarksville neighborhood of Austin will be single family homes arranged around a common courtyard.

The Canyon Palms condominium project will be two buildings with nine condominium units in each with a pool and amenities area between the two buildings. The project is located in a wooded areas on the cliffs of Lake Travis with stunning views of the valley in which it will be located.

The Miracle Foundation, a non-profit in Austin, provides humane housing for orphans in India by building orphanages through charitable contributions. DCA donated a design concept and drawings for a 24,000 sq ft building complex. Covering a 2.5-acre site in Jharsuguda, India, it includes housing for 200 orphans, 20 housemothers, and visiting volunteers, as well as offices, a playground, gardens, and a prayer hall. In addition to creating an environmentally responsive building form and system, the design avoids an institutional aesthetic by offering a simple, contemporary style complemented by vibrant regional colors. Located against the side of Castle Hill and overlooking downtown Austin, this truly unique site will be developed to hold generous, high-end condo units designed for the luxury market with a neighborhood connection. The buildings stair-step down the hillside, providing every unit with private decks and panoramic downtown views. The material palette complements the historic castle structure on the adjacent lot, as well as the character of the surrounding neighborhood.
